Tuesday July 9 (all athletes check in from 12-12:30 PM- be sure to eat lunch first!)

1-2 PM Bike check and introductions
2-2:30 ez shake out jog
2:30-3 Snack
3-5:30 Bike Skills, mounts and dismounts
5:30-6 clean up
6:15-7 dinner
7:15-9 grass riding and games
10:00 Lights out

Wednesday July 10

7-7:30 AM Breakfast
7:45-8:20 walk to rec center pool
8:30-10:30 swim technique/swim video
10:45-11:30 running skills/drills and video
12:30-1:30 lunch
1:30-4:30 bike pacelines/ tactics and group riding
4:30-5:45 clean up
6:15-7 Dinner
7-9 Nutrition for performance/video analysis run
10:00 Lights out

Thursday July 11

7-7:30 AM Breakfast
7:45-8:20 walk to rec center pool
8:30-10:30 swim workout w/ open water tactics and skills/ DL specific in pool
10:30-11 walk to dorms/snack
11-12 distance run
12:30-1:30 lunch
1:30-3 transition practice
3:30-4:30 bike cleanup and basic mechanics/snack
4:30-5:45 clean up
6:15-7 Dinner
7-9 USAT pipeline opportunities/college and HS opportunities/managing your training
10:00 Lights out

Friday July 12

8-8:30 AM Breakfast
9-12 bike ride- pacelines/climbing and descending- san marcos climb
1-2 lunch
3-5 open water swim
5-6 clean up
6:15-7 Dinner
7-9 race preparation- Goal setting/positive self-talk, relaxation, visualization
10:00 Lights out

Saturday July 13

7:30-8 AM Breakfast
9-10:30 Team Race Event at Campus Point
11:30-12:30 lunch/awards
1:00 PM CAMP OVER until next year!
